Breezes Pet Portraits takes the collection of your personal information very seriously, this page informs you on how your personal data is collected and used.

What information is collected

Your name and email address may be collected if you choose to contact me through my website. Only I, S. Breeze, the owner of Breezes Pet Portraits, will see this information and it is only used to contact you about questions or queries you may have or if you have commissioned an artwork. 

Payments on my website are processed through Paypal or Stripe They collect information from you including your name, email address, phone number, home address and credit/debit card details. This information is processed directly through them. For more information I strongly advise visiting their privacy policy. I never see your credit/debit card information at Breezes Pet Portraits. I collect only your name and address to use for shipping instructions for the products you have purchased. I may collect your email address and telephone number when provided through checkout, but I will never use or store these for any reason other than contacting you about a query or purchase. Your information is never shared or sold to any other third party other than other than the payment processors mentioned above. I am not legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third-party gains unauthorised access to any information that you provide to Square.

Your name, home address, email address and telephone number are collected by me for shipping purposes and given to Parcelforce and/or Royal Mail for shipping. This is only to be used for the purpose of shipping any products you have purchased. Your personal information including your full name, telephone number and email address will be collected from you and stored if you create an account on my website breezespetportraits.com This information can only be seen by me, however I will not use it for any purpose. It is only there for you to have a faster checkout experience, and to view your previous purchases from me.

Your email address will be collected if you sign up to receive newsletters on my website.

How your information is collected

Your information may be collected through the ‘Contact Me’ form displayed on my website. I will only collect your name and your email address and will only use these to reply to your questions or queries. Your email address will be collected by me if you email me directly to my email address. Your phone number will be collected by me if you contact me through telephone, but this will never be stored or shared to any third party and will only be used to contact you about a product, commission or any queries you may have. Personal information such as your name, email address, home address, phone number and credit/debit card details will be collected when you reach the checkout stage on my website which you provide via the online form. Paypal or Stripe collects this data, and never shares your credit/debit card information with me. Your personal information is never collected from Breezes Pet Portraits without you providing it. For shipping purposes I may ask for your name, email address, home address and telephone number, I may ask for these directly or collect it by Square if you have provided this information in the checkout stages. I will only use this information for shipping purposes and not collect it or store it for any other purpose other than shipping your products or for record keeping. I would never share this information with any other parties.

Security of your personal data

The security of your personal data is important to me, but remember that no method of transition over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

How your information is stored

Your name, email address and/or telephone number is only stored if we are in the process of a commission to only be used to contact you with information about the commission. Breezes Pet Portraits never collects or stores your credit/debit card details, but it may be by Paypal or Stripe who collect this data during the checkout stage. I strongly advise you visit their privacy policy notice to find out how they use and store your details. When you complete a transaction you will be provided with an Invoice/Receipt; a copy of this will be stored for record keeping only. The receipts contain your name and home address. These are stored safely in paper form and digital form and will never be seen by anyone other than me or if HMRC request to see them. This data will never be used for anything other than record keeping. They do not contain your credit/debit card details, only that it was a card transaction. You can see what details are stored as you will receive an exact copy of the receipt. These receipts are stored for 5 years and then destroyed.

Parcelforce and/or Royal Mail may store your information that I provide to them for shipping purposes; this includes your name, email address, phone number and home address.

This information can be deleted if you delete your account on my website, or I can delete your account if you request it, your information will then be deleted and will not be stored. 

Your email address will be collected if you sign up to receive newsletters on my website, this will only be collected if you sign up. This information is stored only on my website builder, and no where else. This information can be permanently deleted if you unsubscribe from my email list, or if you contact me and request me to do so.

Cookies policy 

Cookies are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. If you consent to Breezes Pet Portraits cookies policy you agree to Breezes Pet Portraits collecting information on how you use the website to ensure you receive the best experience whilst visiting the website. In Addition to the cookies collected by Breezes Pet Portraits the following third party collect information on how you interact with individual pages on my website. ‘Google analytics’ and ‘Bluehost’. 

Web Beacons. Certain sections of my website and emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons that permit me, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics ( for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).

This Privacy Policy will be updated from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. The “last updated” date is at the top of this page.
